We’re excited to shin this month’s employee Spotlight on Andrew “Andy” Mumaw, a dedicated Project Manager who has been a valued member of the Roth Construction Colum bus team since 2018. Andy plays a key role in our large loss team, working closely with Greg Rogers to manage complex restoration projects. His responsibilities include guiding customers through the selection process, sourcing materials, and coordinating timely deliveries to ensure projects stay on schedule.

This month, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Greg Rogers, a key member of the Roth Construction Columbus team since 2018. Greg brings a wealth of experience to his role as Roth Production Manager for Large Loss Projects, with a strong background in both commercial and residential construction over a 46-year career that makes him a perfect fit for leading complex projects and delivering exceptional results.

Steve Russell
Project Manager

Meet Steve Russell, Project Manager at Roth Construction Columbus!

Steve joined our team after spending 25 years as a commercial painter, bringing with him deep industry knowledge and hands-on experience. He began his journey with us as a Foreman, leading production construction and restoration projects in the field.

In April 2023, Steve was promoted to Project Manager, a role that’s a perfect fit thanks to his strong construction background and outstanding ability to connect with customers.

Jason Lott
Project Manager

Meet Json Lott a key member of our Large Loss Team, working closely with Greg Rogers to keep our largest projects running smoothly. Jason is the eyes and ears of the team out in the field everyday—supervising subcontractors, meeting with inspectors and customers, and ensuring that Greg has the critical updates needed to move projects forward.

Jason has been with Roth Construction Columbus since 2000, bringing with him over two decades of hands-on construction experience. His deep knowledge, professionalism, and day-to-day dedication are invaluable to the success of our large loss efforts.

Brea Boals
Office and Human Resources Manager

Brea Boals sears as our Office and Human Resources Manager and has been a valued member of Roth Construction Columbus since 2019. In her role, she oversees the daily functions of office operations, including customer service, HR compliance and benefits, employee records and scheduling. She also manages insurance claim and third-party communications, assists with marketing and community outreach programs, and provides daily support to her staff and guests who visit our office.

Her exceptional communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative ideas help keep clients, projects, TPAs, and office operations running smoothly. Brea plays a key role in supporting Roth’s continued growth and contributes greatly to the overall efficiency and well-being of Roth Construction Columbus and its clients.

Jose Pech
Foreman

We’re excited to shine this month’s spotlight on Jose Pech, our talented foreman. Jose joined Roth Construction Columbus in 2024 and has been a key part of our TEAM ever since.

Jose is scheduled daily to lead our insurance restoration work assigned by our team of Project Managers. Whether Jose is working independently or with an assistant, he brings skill, reliability and a hands-on approach to every job.

Jose has worked in Central Ohio for many years doing bathroom and kitchen remodeling work, where he worked closely with Justin Jones, a Project Manager at Roth Construction Columbus. His experience and teamwork continue to make a positive impact on our projects and our clients.

Mallory Mumaw
Controller

Mallory Mumaw is the Controller at Roth Construction Columbus and has been a valued member of our team since June 2025. Prior to stepping into her current role, Mallory worked with us as an independent contractor, providing social media support and helping strengthen our brand presence.

Mallory holds a degree in Psychology, which enhances her analytical approach, communications skills, and understanding of people. Outside of work, Mallory is a proud mom to her one-year-old daughter and is also a licensed Central Ohio Realtor, balancing multiple roles with drive and determination.

Russ Lott
Foreman

Meet Russ Lott, one of our amazing Foremen here at Roth Construction Columbus. Russ joined our team back in 2013, bringing with him 30+ years of construction experience.

From residential trim work to traveling the country as a commercial carpenter, Russ has pretty much done it all. These days, our Project Managers count on him daily to tackle just about any type of restoration project— and he always delivers.

Sylvia Bayless
Director of Business Development

This month, we’re proud to highligh Sylvia Bayless, our Director of Business Development, for her outstanding contributions to the Roth Construction Columbus team. Sylvia joined us in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from an extensive career in property management. In fact, she was a long time customer of Roth Construction Columbus, overseeing numerous restoration projects. Her deep understanding of the property management industry—paired with her existing familiarity with our team and services—made her the ideal person to launch and lead our Business Development department.

Sylvia’s focus is on building strong partnerships with Community Associations and multi-family properties. helping Roth expand its reach and continue delivering exceptional service.

Delaney Moyer
Project Administrator

This month we’re proud to spotlight Delaney Moyer, our dedicated Project Administrator.

Delaney joined Roth in October 2025 and has been part of the restoration industry since 2025. Her interest in construction and design started early, studying architecture bring their visions to life, and design in high school. After gaining hands-on experience remodeling her own home, she discovered her passion for helping homeowners bring their visions to life.

Delaney plays a key role in keeping projects organized and moving forward. She coordinates with clients and vendors, assists with design selections, and helps ensure timelines and details stay on track. Her attention to detail on communication skills help create a smooth experience for homeowners during the restoration process.

Christopher Giany (Chris)
Procurement Specialist

Meet Christopher Giany, out dedicated Procurement Specialist at Roth Construction Columbus.

With an incredible  50 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry, Christopher brings unmatched knowledge, grit, and reliability to our team. He’s been with Roth for the past year and a half, making a strong impact from day one.

Christopher’s journey began at just 18 years old, when he took a job in construction—and never looked back. Over the years, he’s earned multiple certifications and licenses. No two days are ever the same for Chris. His role is fast-paced and ever-changing, often tackling the biggest emergencies first—a challenge he takes in stride.

Jace "Hootie" Kletrovetz
Field Apprentice

This month we’re proud to spotlight Jace “Hootie” Kletrovetz, one of our Field Apprentices who is making a strong impact in the field.

Hootie has been with Roth Construction Columbus for two years. As a Field Apprentice, he plays an important supporting role on projects of all sizes, assisting with everything from small repairs to large restoration jobs.

One of the parts of the job Hootie enjoys most is rough framing, and he especially likes working on fire restoration projects. Seeing the transformation from damage to fully restored is something he finds incredibly rewarding. One project he’s especially proud of involved working alongside our large loss foreman to set all the doors and windows on a major house fire restoration—a project that required teamwork, precision, and attention to detail.
